Akpoveta Hails Prof. Ogwezi on Birth Anniversary, Describes Her as Inspiring Leader ~ Truth Reporters

 

The Head of the Department of Mass Communication at Dennis Osadebay University, Asaba, Professor Joyce Ogho Ogwezi, has been celebrated on her birthday with tributes highlighting her outstanding contributions to academia and leadership.

 

In a congratulatory message, Associate Professor of Chemistry at the university, Dr. Akpoveta O. Vincent, described Prof. Ogwezi as a “multifaceted Amazon” whose impact in academia, administration, communication, and mentorship has been widely acknowledged.

 

He also commended her role as Chief Trainer of the Delta State Strategic Communication Workshop organised by the state government, noting that her dedication, integrity, and professionalism continue to inspire colleagues and students.

 

Dr. Akpoveta said Prof. Ogwezi exemplifies excellence not only in education and industry but also in leadership and motherhood.
