Oborevwori At 63: Utuama Extols Delta Governor's Leadership Imprints ~ Truth Reporters

The Member representing Ughelli South Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly , Hon Festus Utuama, has extolled the leadership imprints and visibility of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, describing them as "unprecedented".

The lawmaker stated that the Governor's developmental strides under his MORE Agenda , has so far witnessed a mind blowing revolution in the governance of Delta State.

In his congratulatory message to mark Governor Oborevwori's 63rd birthday anniversary on Friday June 19, 2026, Hon Utuama said the massive infrastructural projects across the three senatorial districts , commendable interventions in critical sectors such as health , education , youth and widows empowerment , agriculture , energy and enabling environment for economic growth , as well as prudent utilization of resources, have marked him out as a man ahead of his time .

The Ughelli South State Constituency Representative particularly lauded Governor Oborevwori for his cordial working relationship with the state legislature , as this has deepened the developmental trajectory of the state .

Hon Utuama emphasized that evidence of the Governor's imprint in every local government area, Ughelli South to be precise ,can be gleaned from the multi-billion naira Orere bridge and roads project which will open up rural riverine communities to the rest of the local government , sundry other road projects across Ughelli south as well as appointment of many indigenes of the area into key positions in the present administration, among other critical interventions and empowerment programmes.

The lawmaker urged the people of Ughelli South , to continue to support the Governor Sheriff Oborevwori administration in order to benefit from more dividends of democracy under the MORE Agenda, assuring that with Oborevwori on the saddle , the local government will not be left out in the provision of infrastructure , human capital development and a sense of belonging .

From humble beginnings , Governor Oborevwori rose to the pinnacle of public office in Delta and we are witnesses to the unprecedented imprints of his MORE Agenda across the lenght and breadth of the three senatorial districts of the State. His prudent utilization of resources, such that Delta does not borrow to fund projects, is an attestation to his skilled managerial abd administrative acumen. The multi-billion naira Orere bridge and road project in ughelli south is not only nearing completion, but also opening up hitherto inaccessible riverine communities of Ughelli south to the outside works.
