Onyeme Felicitates Chukwudi Enebeli, SAN At 40 ~ Truth Reporters
The Deputy Governor of Delta State, Sir Monday Onyeme, FCA, has sent message of felicitation to Chukwudi Enebeli, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) as he celebrates his 40th birthday anniversary.
Deputy Governor Monday Onyeme in a message he personally signed and made available to newsmen in Asaba, observed that at 40, Enebeli "is celebrating a life of excellence, resilience, and impact."
While congratulating the SAN and wishing him many happy returns, the Deputy Governor added, "it is with great joy that we celebrate your 40th birthday—your first since your well-deserved elevation as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).
"We are proud of your remarkable achievements and wish you many more years of good health, fulfillment, and greater accomplishments.'"
Chukwudi K. Enebeli, SAN was born on 16th September forty years ago in Lagos, Nigeria.
He hails from Umuachi-Afor, in Ndokwa-East, Local Government Area of Delta State.
Having completed his primary and secondary school education, he proceeded to University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State where he obtained his LL.B in 2008.
He was called to the Nigerian Bar on 3rd November, 2009.
During his time at the University of Benin he served as the Public Relations Officer of the Law Students’ Association in 2006 and was elected President in 2007 having pulled about seventy (70) per cent of the votes cast at the election. During his tenure as the PRO of Lawsa, Uniben, he published and re-launched the Jurist Magazine, the official Magazine of the Law Students Association, Uniben, an achievement previous PROs were unable to achieve in over six (6) years.
As President of the Law Students Association, Uniben, he overhauled the Lecture Theatres in the faculty, the rest rooms and also installed Air Conditioning systems in one of the Lecture Theatres in the faculty making it the first Students Lecture Theatre to be fully air-conditioned in the University of Benin at that time.
As President, he also organized a Home Coming Event for some of the Graduates of the Faculty of Law, University of Benin who had distinguished themselves in the profession. The event which was known as “The Distinguished Graduates Award” had in attendance notable Judges, Senior Advocates of Nigeria, Senior Lawyers and some Company Secretaries of multi nationals. He was able to raise over N1,000,000.00 (One Million Naira) for the association at the time.
Chukwudi Kachikwu Enebeli started his legal career as a corp member in Pinheiro LP with offices in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt under the mentorship of Dr. Kemi Pinheiro, OFR, SAN whom he worked closely with during that period.
Having acquired tremendous knowledge coupled with his diligence and uncommon passion for legal practice during his NYSC year, the firm without hesitation offered him employment upon completion of his mandatory national service in 2010. From the position of Junior Associate he rose through the ranks to become a Team Leader and in 2016 he was made Partner of the Prestigious Law Firm of Pinheiro LP.
Chukwudi Kachikwu Enebeli is a courtroom advocate who has appeared in all levels and hierarchy of courts in Nigeria with notable judgments to his credit.
He has also handled numerous trials and appellate cases. He has a passion for criminal matters, arbitration, insolvency, election related matters and commercial litigation.
In September, 2024 he was conferred with the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria, making him the first and only Ndokwa son to be so honoured.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the International Bar Association (IBA), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Associate Member, Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN), Associate Member, Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN).
He has served as Member Conference Planning Committee of the Nigerian, Bar Association Ikeja Branch, 2014, Secretary Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Ikeja Law Week Committee, 2021, Secretary, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Ikeja Dinner Committee, 2021, Chairman Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Ikeja Law Week Committee, 2022, Secretary, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Ikeja Ethics Committee Panel 1, 2023, Secretary, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Ikeja Building Advisory Committee, 2024, Member, Conference and Publicity Committee, Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN), 2024.
He served as the Vice-Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee of the NBA-Annual General Conference, 2024.

He has received several awards some of which are: “Students’ Ambassador Award, University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State, 2011”, “Award of Excellence, Christian Law Students’ Fellowship of Nigeria (CLASFON), 2012”, “Pinheiro LP, Counsel of the year 2017”, “The Nigerian Rising Star Award” 2018 by ESQ Magazine”.
Chukwudi Enebeli SAN is an advocate and proponent of giving back to the society and mentoring young lawyers and undergraduates in achieving their dreams.
In 2018, he spearheaded and was part of the 2008, Law Graduating Class of the University of Benin that donated and updated the Nigerian Weekly Law Report (NWLR) series in the Faculty of Law Library in University of Benin to mark 10 years of graduating from the University of Benin. He loves reading, politics, travelling and football. He is a member of the prestigious Ikoyi Club, 1938.
