Otuaro an exceptional leader at 52 — Amgbaduba ~ Truth Reporters

The Delta State Commissioner for Oil and Gas, Prince Emmanuel Amgbaduba has congratulated the Deputy Governor of Delta, Deacon Kingsley Otuaro as he clocks 52 years on April 16.

In his congratulatory message, Amgbaduba described Deacon Otuaro, a lawyer as an exceptional leader of value.

He noted that Otuaro is a household name in the Niger Delta region and a leader that accommodates all.

He said that Otuaro's legacies of peace had remained indelible in the annals of Delta and beyond.

"Your Excellency sir, indeed your legacies speak volumes, you have been a blessing to good people of Delta South Senatorial District and Deltans.

"Your contributions to our dear state are still fresh in the minds of many Deltans and Nigerians.
