The Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, has described the over 28 years reign of the Pere of Akugbene-Mein kingdom and First Vice Chairman of the Delta State Traditional Rulers Council, HRM Stanley Perediegha Luke-Kalanama VIII ( JP), as profoundly peaceful and evidence of wisdom in ruling over his subjects .

Hon Andaye also described the Monarch's investment in human capital , particularly in the area of education where he has singlehandedly extended scholarship opportunities to his deserving subjects across institutions of higher learning , as exemplary and inspiring .

In his message to congratulate the Akugbene-Mein Royal father , the Bomadi Council Chairman said as an influential voice in ljaw land in particular and the State in general , having also served as Second Vice Chairman of the State Traditional Rulers Council, Pere Kalanama VIII has made the people of Bomadi local government area , proud .

Hon Andaye commended the Monarch's all inclusive style of rulership , emphasizing that over the years , Akugbene-Mein kingdom has witnessed accelerated development and communal harmony , devoid of rivalry or acrimony .

The Bomadi Council Chairman particularly noted that , as First Vice Chairman of the State Traditional Rulers Council , HRM Kalanama VIII, has , along with his other traditional ruler colleagues in the Council, greatly supported the administration of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori to succeed , with their wise counsel and prayers .
