BORBDA Celebrates Austin Izagbo At 72 ~ Truth Reporters

It was tributes galore , as management and Staff , of the Benin-Owena River Basin Development Authority (BORBDA), rolled out the drums to celebrate their Executive Director of Planning and Design , Chief Austin Izagbo, as he marked his 72nd birthday anniversary .

The surprise birthday bash, which took the highly revered Delta APC Chieftain by surprise, was laden with  genuine outpouring of tributes for a personality whose public office records and community service track records , exemplified integrity , astuteness, and forthrightness.

One after the other, the elated BORBDA staff , led by its Managing Director, eulogized their Executive Director in charge of Planning and Design , as a consummate boardroom czar, a public officer per excellence, as well as a man imbued with the spirit of peace and accomplishments.

To cap it all, on behalf of the staff, the Head  of BORBDA's Public Relations and Protocol, Nana Braimah, penned an emotional birthday wish , that captured the essence of Chief Izagbo's person:

In his brief response, a surprised Chief Izagbo, expressed profound appreciation to the staff and management, for their genuine show of fraternity on his 72nd birthday.

He pledged to redouble his efforts towards placing the body among its peers natik wide and across the continent of Africa and beyond, noting that the Benin Owena River Basin Development Authority ( BORBDA) , will live up to it's mandate in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Tinubu

The highpoints of the surprise birthday bash for Chief Izagbo , consisted of a toar, cutting of his 72nd birthday cake as well as merriment.
