Leadership, New Telegraph 2025 ‘Governor of the Year’ Awards: Oborevwori Continues to Break Governance Barriers, Andaye Affirms

Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government , Hon Dagidi Rawlings Andaye  , has stated that the Leadership and New Telegraph Newspapers "2025 Governor Of The Year" awards bestowed on Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, is another incontrovertible pointer to the fact that he keeps breaking barriers in governance

Andaye added that the Governor earned the prestigious awards in view of his "diligent implementation of programmes and policies that have significantly transformed lives and accelerated development across Delta State".

In his congratulatory message , the Bomadi Council Chairman noted that Governor Oborevwori has clearly blazed the trail as a top performing Governor in Nigeria , judging from the legion awards he has continued to receive from top ranked media houses in Nigeria.

While recalling that the Governor bagged the prestigious This Day/Arise TV Governor of The Year ( 2024), in addition to the Vanguard Newspapers Governor of The Year in Good Governance ( 2024) awards, the Delta ALGON Secretary emphasized that it is clear to all and sundry that Oborevwori is a blessing to Delta State.

The Bomadi Council Chairman said his assertion that Governor Oborevwori has become a reference point in governance , is further buttressed by the fact that both media organisations ( Leadership and New Telegraph Newspapers) had noted that Governor Oborevwori's administration has distinguished itself through inclusive governance , strategic infrastructure development , and policies aimed at improving the socio-economic well being of Deltans.

He added that Oborevwori's legacies across the three senatorial districts are tangible for even the discerning , assuring that there is no vacancy at Dennis Osadebay House ,Asaba , and Aso Rock Villa, come  2027, as far as the people of Bomadi are concerned .

The people of Bomadi are not only vindicated that we have a leader who is making us proud, but also we are affirming that come 2027, he , along with our President will get 100% of our votes in Bomadi. There is no vacancy at either Dennis Osadebay House, Asaba, or Aso Villa , Abuja".
