Birth Anniversary: Izagbo Extols Ochei, Describes Him as a Rare Anioma Patriot, Quintessential Politician ~ Truth Reporters

Dr. Austin Izagbo, Executive Director, Planning and Design at the Benin-Owena River Basin Development Authority, former President of the Nigeria Hockey Federation, former Commissioner in Delta State, and immediate past President-General of the Ibusa Community Development Union, has fondly recalled the tenure of Rt. Hon. Victor Ochei as Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, describing it as impactful and visionary.

Dr. Izagbo noted that Ochei’s leadership left enduring legacies that have, over time, positioned the Delta State House of Assembly as one of the leading legislative institutions in Nigeria.

He further stated that Rt. Hon. Ochei has consistently demonstrated a passion for excellence in every leadership position he has occupied. 

According to him, it is no surprise that in his recent election as President of the Nigeria Tennis Federation, Ochei has already begun making positive impacts both nationally and internationally, just as he did during his tenure as Executive Director at the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).

“The erudite Barrister, Rt. Hon. Victor Ochei, is equally a remarkable success in the business world. His company, Davnotch Nigeria Limited, remains a major player in the corporate sector and has significantly contributed to the socio-economic development of his hometown, Okocha-Olona, Aniocha North Local Government Area, Delta State, and the nation at large.
