Alapala, DTHA Committee Chairman, Lauds Andaye Over Remarkable Milestones ~ Truth Reporters

The Chairman of the Delta State House of Assembly Committee on Special Duties and Member representing Burutu North Constituency I, Hon. Alapala Anthony Ebitomo, has commended the Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, for what he described as remarkable achievements recorded in just over one year in office.
Hon. Alapala expressed satisfaction with the visible progress and execution of tangible projects across the local government within the period under review, noting that the administration has demonstrated purposeful leadership and commitment to grassroots development.
The lawmaker gave the commendation during a courtesy visit to the Bomadi Council Chairman in his office on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
He praised Hon. Andaye and his leadership team for their dedication to implementing people-oriented policies and projects that have positively impacted the lives of both indigenes and residents of the area.
Encouraging the council boss to sustain the tempo of development, Hon. Alapala assured him of continued legislative support for initiatives aimed at promoting growth and accelerating socio-economic development in Bomadi Local Government Area.
Responding, Hon. Andaye reaffirmed his administration’s resolve to deliver more dividends of democracy in line with Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s MORE Agenda and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda.
The Bomadi Council Chairman also appealed for the establishment of a higher institution in the area to further strengthen educational advancement and drive sustainable development, underscoring his administration’s long-term vision for the council.
Those present during the visit included the Chief of Staff to the Council Chairman, Mr. Frank Ogodobri; the Secretary to the Local Government, Mr. Boubai Tony Enai; and other key officials.
