Ex-Political Adviser Omimi Hails Oborevwori’s Transformational Leadership ~ Truth Reporters

A former Political Adviser ( POLAD) during the administration of former Governor Senator ( Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa, Daniel Omimi Esquire, has described Governor Sheriff Oborevwori's governance style as "transformational".

Omimi Esquire said Oborevwori,s bold and audacious implementation of his administration's MORE Agenda , has incontrovertibly birthed tangible infrastructural projects littering the entire three senatorial districts of Delta .

Speaking to newsmen in Warri , the former Political Adviser also gave the Governor "A" grade in his prudent management of resources , amply demonstrated by the fact that since he assumed office as Governor on May 29, 2023, not a single naira has been borrowed to fund either governance or the the massive projects being undertaken today .

Omimi Esquire emphasized that he is particularly delighted with Oborevwori,s completion of the almost two decades old Trans Warri- Ode Itsekiri road spanning multiple bridges, the DSC and PTI    and Enerhen junction cloverleaf and flyover projects undertaken by construction giants Julius Berger , the Otovwodo and Uromi junction flyover projects , the Udu Harbour market , various storm water drainage and road projects as well as uncountable other social intervention programmes like widows support , D- Cares and multiple skills acquisition initiatives, to mention a few.

Said the former POLAD: "Even to the most ardent critic, Governor Oborevwori's governance style is truly transformational. Delta is a massive construction site across the three senatorial districts. The Governor has taken an audacious move to transform the landscape with projects that bear directly on Deltans , from road infrastructure to huge investments in the health, education , energy and multifaceted sectors. It's truly astounding how he is able to do these without borrowing from any source, internal or external. Oborevwori is truly a phenomenal leader who has been able to carry on governance with great humility, fear of God and undiluted respect for leaders and the traditional institution in the state "

Omimi , while urging Deltans to continue to support Governor Oborevwori to achieve more for them in terms of better livelihood indices , affirmed his unalloyed support for the Governor's reelection in 2027, saying there will be no rival to contest against Oborevwori , either in the APC or any other party in the state.
