Healthcare For All: Akpodiete Foundation Distributes Health Insurance Cards to Udu Beneficiaries ~ Truth Reporters

The Executive Director of Olotu and Ekuogbe Rowland Akpodiete Foundation, Dr. Olotu Akpodiete JP, has distributed over 100 health insurance cards to beneficiaries across Udu Local Government Area of Delta State. 

The distribution ceremony was held at the Ubogo community Town Hall as part of the foundation's 7th Year Anniversary celebrations.

During the event, Dr. Akpodiete expressed his appreciation to the Executive Governor of Delta State, His Excellency,Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, for his healthcare policy, which aims to improve the well-being of Deltans. He also commended the Director General of Delta State Contributory Health Commission, Olorogun Dr. Isaac Akpoveta, for effectively implementing the Governor's more agenda.

Dr. Akpodiete noted that many Deltans are still unaware of the benefits of medical health insurance and encouraged everyone to take advantage of this healthcare policy. Dr. Oke Ikolo, who was present at the event, enlightened the beneficiaries on how to utilize their health insurance cards.

The beneficiaries were grateful for the initiative, with Evang David Siloko thanking the Executive Director for his generosity. Chief Sunday Tialobi, one of the beneficiaries, also expressed his gratitude and prayed for the Governor and the Executive Director of the foundation.

The distribution of health insurance cards is part of the foundation's efforts to improve the healthcare outcomes of Deltans and promote the state's healthcare policy.
