As the countdown down to the February 25th general election first round continues to draw closer, the leadership of the PDP in Otor-Owhe/Akiewhe Ward6 has embarked on a massive unit-to-unit voter's sensitization campaign rally to enlighten the various unit electorates ahead of the presidential and national assembly elections on Saturday.

Hon. Richard Isagba, the campaign council coordinator for Otor-Owhe/Akiewhe Ward6 who led the voter's sensitization campaign rally around the ward, alongside other prominent leaders of the ward, toured the 20 units of the ward and spoke on the need for our people to vote for PDP.

"We are here today to solicit your support and votes in the coming general election which will hold on Saturday, February 25th, and March 11th, 2023. We will recall that in 2015 before the PDP left power at the central level, things were not as difficult as they are today due to APC's bad leadership because PDP understands the Nigeria problem and knows how best to surmount them.

"You know our son, brother, and friend, Pastor Ukodhiko Jonathan Ajirioghene will be on the ballot on the 25th of February through PDP, thus, Owhe people can not afford to lag. We must come out to vote for Ukodhiko, Ejele, and Atiku/Okowa on Saturday, February, 25th, 2023, because it is our project", Isagba added.

The party chairman, Comr. Onoyiwita, in all the units visited, took time to explain and educate members of the various units especially the aged ones on the new method of voting with the index finger.

"On Saturday, after collecting your ballot paper, instead of thumbprinting with your thumb, use your index finger or pointer finger; this is to avoid void votes", Onoyiwita stated.

At unit 15 which is Canaan and Ekreze Unit, the party chairman in the presence of other party members formally received Comr. Moses Oki, a former APC Owhe ward6 youth leader, who defected from APC to the PDP with all his supporters and followers.

Other Prominent leaders from Owhe Ward6 who spoke during the voter's sensitization rally are; Hon. Solomon Ukpore, former chairman, isoko North LGA, Sir Simeon Efenudu, Chief John Araka, Comr.
