2027: Andaye, Funkekeme, Manager Lead Renewed Hope Mobilisation for Tinubu, Oborevwori, APC Candidates ~ Truth Reporters

The Executive Chairman, Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, received the Delta State Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Rt. Hon. Funkekeme Solomon, and members of his executive team on an advocacy and sensitisation visit to Bomadi.

The meeting, held at the Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori Multi-Purpose Event Centre, Bomadi Council Secretariat, was centred on sensitising Nigerians on the policies, programmes and reforms of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, while strengthening grassroots mobilisation for his re-election in the 2027 general elections.

As host and Bomadi Local Government Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Andaye used the occasion to highlight the developmental priorities of Bomadi, appealing to the state leadership to convey the concerns of the people to the appropriate authorities for urgent and sustained intervention.

He particularly called for accelerated development, improved infrastructure, greater economic opportunities, reliable electricity supply and the establishment of a tertiary institution, noting that these interventions would significantly enhance the socio-economic prospects of the people of Bomadi.

In his remarks, the Delta State Coordinator, Rt. Hon. Funkekeme Solomon, explained the mandate of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, emphasising the need to take the message of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s policies and reforms to Nigerians at the grassroots.

Funkekeme further charged stakeholders to intensify public sensitisation on the achievements and direction of the Tinubu administration, while mobilising support for the President’s re-election and the electoral success of the APC across the country in 2027.

The political leader and father of Bomadi, Senator James Ebiowou Manager, CON, in his remarks, stressed the importance of unity, strategic coordination and effective grassroots mobilisation in securing victory for President Tinubu, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and other APC candidates.

Also present was the Bomadi/Patani APC Federal Constituency flag bearer, Rt. Hon. Basil Okolobaowei Ganagana, alongside Chief (Barr.) Funyei Manager, Barr. Newworld Safugha, David Ekerekosu and other political leaders, stakeholders and members of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors.

The meeting provided a platform to deepen understanding of the Renewed Hope Agenda and strengthen the collective commitment of stakeholders to the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, while also consolidating support for Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and other APC candidates in the forthcoming elections.

Participants expressed their readiness to intensify grassroots sensitisation and mobilisation across Bomadi, ensuring that the message of President Tinubu’s reforms reaches the people and translates into stronger electoral support for the APC in 2027.

Shortly after the Bomadi sensitisation meeting, the delegation proceeded to Patani Local Government Area as part of the broader grassroots mobilisation drive, where the Renewed Hope message and the call for support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and other APC candidates were further advanced.

At Patani, the delegation was received by the Patani Local Government Council Chairman, Hon. Isaac Aguanna, Timi Tonye and other political leaders and stakeholders, who joined in the sensitisation and mobilisation efforts aimed at strengthening grassroots support for the APC ahead of the 2027 general elections.
