Aviara Monarch Honours Engr Ukoh, Wife With Chieftaincy Titles ~ Truth Reporters

The Ovie of Aviara Kingdom, HRM Michael Efeareduo Ebobo, Imoh I, has conferred chieftaincy titles on the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Oromena Investment Nigeria Limited, Engr Emmanuel Ejiromebe Ukoh, and his wife, Mrs Faustina Emmanuel Ukoh.

The couple were respectively honoured with the titles of Ogbaviroro of Aviara Kingdom and Ewomazino of Aviara Kingdom at a colourful ceremony held at the monarch’s palace in Aviara, Isoko South Local Government Area of Delta State.

The ceremony attracted family members, friends, associates and well-wishers of the couple, as well as prominent personalities from within and outside the kingdom.

Engr Ukoh, an illustrious son of Iyede Kingdom, is a philanthropist, businessman and marine engineering professional. He is also the MD/CEO of Oromena Investment Nigeria Limited and has been involved in initiatives aimed at supporting community development and local governance.

Speaking with journalists shortly after the conferment, Ukoh expressed gratitude to the Ovie of Aviara Kingdom for the honour bestowed on him and his wife.

“I am highly elated and honoured to be conferred with the chieftaincy title of Ogbaviroro, while my wife was honoured with the title of Ewomazino by the Ovie of Aviara Kingdom,” he said.

Ukoh said the couple received the titles with humility and a deep sense of responsibility, stressing that the recognition would spur them to greater service to the kingdom and humanity.

“With a deep sense of humility and profound gratitude, I am honoured to receive this prestigious title from our revered monarch. I do not take this recognition for granted.

“My wife and I accept these titles not merely as symbols of honour but as a call to greater service,” he said.

He noted that chieftaincy titles come with significant responsibilities, assuring that he and his wife would work closely with other chiefs and stakeholders to promote the growth, peace and unity of Aviara Kingdom.

“Chieftaincy titles come with significant responsibilities. We will collaborate with other chiefs of the kingdom and dedicate our resources and time to its growth, peace and unity,” Ukoh added.

He also acknowledged the support of his family, friends and well-wishers, saying their encouragement and belief in him had contributed immensely to his achievements.

“This honour is as much yours as it is mine. I seek your continued prayers and support,” he stated.
