Otirhue declares President Tinubu winner of APC Bomadi Presidential primaries -~ Truth Reporters

The Collation officer for the All Progressives Congress ( APC) , Presidential primaries in Bomadi local government area, Deacon Joseph Otirhue, has formally declared President Bola Tinubu , the winner of the primaries

Otirhue, also the Chairman of Delta State Local Government Service Commission, stated that President Tinubu secured all the votes by APC members in Bomadi , against the NIL votes of Mr Osifo Stanley , his only contender .

Describing the primary election in Bomadi as "peaceful, transparent, meeting all the provisions of the electoral act as well as the Independent National Electoral Commission ( INEC) guidelines", he affirmed that the exercise reflects an affirnstion of the choice of President Tinubu , as the party's 2027 Presidential candidate .

Declaring the President as the winner , Chief Otirhue commended the leaders and stakeholders of the APC, led by Senator James Manager and Hon Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, Prince Kelly Penawou, among others, for their excellent coordination in enduring a seamless exercise .

The Bomadi LGA collation officer , commended the people of the area for turning out enmasde , to affirm their support for Mr President for a second term in office , come 2027

Deacon Otirhue equally commended the Electoral Officer ( EO), of the Independent National Electoral Commission ( INEC), the heads of the security agencies such as the DPO Bomadi of the Nigeria Police Force , the Director of State Services ( DSS) in the area, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps ( NSCDC) , as well as others , including the Nigeria Army in the area, for their proactivemrss in keeping the peace during the exercise.

According to the Bomadi Collation officer, the exercise which is nationwide , will climax with the results being taken from all Local governments , to the various stste capitals, in the case of Delta , Asaba, from where the final result nationwide , will be announced by the Chief returning officer in Abuja on Sunday , May 24th 2026.

Others who witnessed the exercise , include the South South APC Zonal legal Adviser, Barr Newworld Safugha, the APC House of Assembly Candidate for the area, Barr Funyei Manager, the APC LGA Chairman, Peers Seleyeibo, and former two time Commissioner, Barr Ekerekosu, among others.
