Penawou lauds Andaye over landmark projects in Bomadi ~ Truth Reporters

Delta State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon  Prince Kelly Penawou, has commended the Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, over the numerous landmark projects executed under his administration, noting that they reflect strong leadership and a clear commitment to grassroots development .

Penawou therefore assured the Bomadi Council Boss , of the state government's continued support and emphasized his readiness to collaborate closely with the Hon Dagidi Andaye-led leadership whenever necessary , in order to achieve desired developmental outcomes.

The Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Commissioner stated these in Bomadi , headquarters of the LGA, during his ongoing inspection and monitoring of projects across the 25 local government areas of the state.

Hon Penawou , who led the inspection team , also stated that the visit  to Bomadi local government is aimed at ensuring quality , accountability , and timely execution of projects in line with the MORE Agenda of Governor Oborevwori's administration.

He expressed satisfaction with the progress and quality of work across key project sites such as the Ultra-Modern Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori Multi Purpose Event Centre, the Ultra modern local government chapel, the Vice Chairman's lodge, the High Court Judges residential complex, High Court building , High Court road , the link road to the Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori Event centre , and the constructed Hon Engr Atlas road , among other projects.

In his response , Hon Andaye noted that the inspection serves as a strong motivation for the Council to intensify its efforts , maintain high standards, and ensure that all ongoing and future projects are delivered efficiently for the benefit of the people of Bomadi Local Government Area.

The Bomadi Council Chairman thanked the State government led by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, for the consistent support to the Council in meeting its objectives , while also appreciating the Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Commissioner and his entourage, for the visit.

Andaye added that the joint tour of major project sites will further strenghten collaboration between the state and the local government , thus reinforcing a shared commitment to delivering impactful and people oriented development across Bomadi.

Present during the visit were the Council Vice Chairman, Hon ( Mrs) Poweide Guembe Bekes, Secretary to the Local Government , Hon Boubai Enai, and Head of Personnel Management , Mr Asu.

Others include the Leader of the Legislative Arm , Rt Hon Wurukeseiye Doubra, Councilors, as well as Supervisory Councillors .
