At 47, Andaye Hails DTHA Speaker Guwor’s Legislative Excellence ~ Truth Reporters

The Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon Dagidi Rawlings Andaye , has eulogized the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and Chairman , Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures in Nigeria, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor , for demonstrating legislative excellence in steering the affairs of the state legislature.

Hon Andaye also hailed the Speaker for his robust partnership with the Executive and Judicial arms of government , which have accelerated development of the state under Governor Sheriff Oborevwori's MORE Agenda.

The Bomadi Council Boss, in a heartfelt statement to mark Rt Hon Guwor's 47th birthday anniversary on Wednesday April 1st, 2026, commended him for his exemplary leadership style, humility, and dedication to public service.

He commended Speaker Guwor's unwavering commitment to service , noting his ability to lead with compassion , integrity , and a strong sense of responsibility-qualities that have earned him widespread respect across the length and breath of the state and beyond.

Andaye further acknowledged Guwor's contributions to legislative excellence and his steadfast focus on policies that uplift communities and promote inclusive development.

He described the Speaker as a leader whose personal character, sterling integrity, and professional conduct , reflect the very best of public service ethos.

The Bomadi Council Chairman while praying for robust health and more wisdom for Mr Speaker to pilot the affairs of the state legislature as well as the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures in Nigeria, urged that his legacy of humility , diligence and impactful leadership , continue to inspire both current and future generation of leaders.
