Mininim Oseji At 59: Emerurhe Celebrates Boss On Dedication, Commitment To Duty ~ Truth Reporters

As the Delta State Head of Service ( HOS), Dr ( Mrs) Mininim Oseji clocks 59 years on Wednesday March 18, 2026, her Special Assistant ( SA), Mrs Mabel Jeteh Emerurhe, has stated that the dedication and commitment to duty exhibited over the years by her Boss are truly inspiring .

Emerurhe also noted that the virtues of integrity , transparency, professionalism and humility are enduring legacies the Delta State HOS has come to be identified with .

In a statement to mark Dr Mininim Oseji's 59th birthday anniversary in Asaba the Delta State Capital, Mrs Mabel Emerurhe , described her Boss as diligent , humble , and above all a virtuous woman like the Biblical Esther and Deborah, endorsed with the milk of human kindness.

The HOS Special Assistant added that the celebrant is a source of inspiration to the workforce of the state , especially to those who cherish the core values of accountability and professionalism that the founders of the service envisaged.

While wishing her Boss a happy and fulfilling 59th birthday anniversary , Mrs Emerurhe prayed God to bless her ( Mininim Oseji), with good health, wisdom , and continued strenght as she leads and serves as Delta's number one public servant .
