Keyamo Mourns Delta Protocol Aide Sunny Kotor ~ Truth Reporters

 

The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, has expressed deep condolences to the Delta State Government and the family of Mr. Sunny Kotor following his sudden death.

Kotor, who served as Senior Special Assistant on Protocol to the Delta State Government, reportedly died on Friday, March 20, 2026, after slumping.

In a statement, signed by Emameh Gabriel, Special Adviser on Media and Research to the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, he described the late protocol officer as a committed and dedicated public servant whose contributions to the smooth coordination of government activities would be greatly missed.

Kotor was a familiar face at official functions across Delta State, where he frequently served as Master of Ceremonies. 

Colleagues and associates recalled his calm disposition and the professionalism he consistently displayed while handling high-level engagements.

Keyamo noted that the late aide carried out his responsibilities with remarkable decorum, adding value and structure to government events.

He offered prayers for the repose of Kotor’s soul and urged God to grant strength and comfort to his family, loved ones, and the Delta State Government during this period of mourning.
