Former Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Barrister Kingsley B. Otuaro, has once again demonstrated enduring loyalty and respect to his former principal, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, with a Christmas and New Year courtesy visit.
