Taraba State @34: Senator Manu Hails Tarabans, Advocates Peace, Unity ~ Truth Reporters

 

The Senator representing Taraba Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Haruna Manu, has felicitated with the people of Taraba State as the state marks its 34th anniversary today.

 

Manu, who is the immediate past Deputy Governor of Taraba State, called for peace and unity among Tarabans, describing them as essential ingredients needed to propel the state to greater heights.

 

In a personally signed congratulatory message, the lawmaker commended Governor Agbu Kefas for his people-centered policies and developmental strides.

 

He stressed the importance of unity in fostering peace, deepening democracy, and consolidating the gains of statehood.

 

Expressing optimism about the future, Senator Manu said there is a ray of hope on the horizon, noting that the seeds currently being planted by the state’s Chief Executive would soon germinate to transform Taraba into a “five-star state.”
