Akpodiete Foundation Applauds Delta Assembly for Passing Community Security Corps Bill ~ Truth Reporters

 

The Executive Director of the Olotu & Ekuogbe Rowland Akpodiete Foundation, Hon. Dr. Olotu Otemu Akpodiete JP, has expressed commendation for the Delta State House of Assembly following the passage of the Community Security Corps Agency bill. 

Dr. Akpodiete described the legislative move as timely, noting that it strengthens the state’s existing security framework and will play a pivotal role in addressing the growing insecurity in various communities.

 

Under Dr. Akpodiete’s leadership, the foundation has remained at the forefront of grassroots peacebuilding and security promotion across Delta State.

Dr. Akpodiete welcomed the establishment of the new security corps, particularly its potential to curb herdsmen-related conflicts which have affected many parts of the state.
