Oromoni Felicitates Ex-Deputy Gov., Otuaro At 57 ~ Truth Reporters

The Executive Chairman of Warri South West Local Government Area, Hon. Sylvester Oromoni, has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to the former Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, Esq. as he clocks 57 on Wednesday.
