Chief Iduh celebrates birth anniversary in grand style ~ Truth Reporters

The abode of the formost Isoko leader and Patron of Isoko Ethic nationality, Isoko development Union (IDU), High Chief Iduh Amadhe was agog this weekend at Oleh as he celebrates another milestone of the addition of one year to his age.

Chief Iduh, a renown bridge builder who is another year wiser, on Saturday celebrated his birthday with his wife and family, dignitaries across and beyond Isoko nation as well as notable community leaders who were treated to a larvish entertainment spiced with a traditional dance group intow.

Speaking to reporters, the celebrant said he gives glory to God Almighty for adding another year to his age, noting that it is only the grace of God that keeps one alive and not by wisdom, power or wealth of a man.

The former IDU helmsman appreciated his wife, Florence, his children, family members and the numerous friends and well wishers including IDU executive members, OML 30 CDB representatives among others who turned out in their large numbers at the birthday party.

Speaking at the occasion, Chief John Araka, eulogies the sterling qualities of High Chief Iduh Amadhe whom he described as a trail blazer and a distinguished promoter of the Isoko course.

He prayed for long life for the celebrant and that it is his wish that Iduh surpasses his father who is currently the oldest man in Uzere (Odio-Orere).

Dignitaries present at the the birthday bash include Prof Chris Akpotu, President General of IDU, High Chief Eta Enahoro, Iyasere of Oyede kingdom, Chief Jones Agbaka - Odio of Uzere, Chief John Araka, The Odiologbo designate of Irri, IDU executive members, two past PGs of Uzere Kingdom among others.
