Jonathan Ukodhiko: An end to our limitations ~ Truth Reporters

Whenever a people are unable to revere, respect and see beauty in the creations and customs of their forebears, then," Things have really fallen apart and the centre has indeed collapsed".  We walk not by sight, but by faith, we will close the gap and redesign our path.

We will strengthen our cultural organization, I.D.U (Isoko development union). A cultural organisation is not diction filled, it is the torchlight of tradition, a transportion of values. Queen Vashti was overthroned because, there was none speaking for her in the palace. We all need a memucan in the palace to speak for us. In the eyes of tradition and culture, I.D.U is our memucan. Just like U.P.U (Urhobo progressive union), we will spread the values of I.D.U.

Grief, a needless jamboree. Isoko is a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden. Grief cannot boost our believe, it is an enemy of growth. Let us shun grief and sun the values of unity. Our potentials shall be realized by the grace of God. It is not a community fight, we must turn on the lamp of our land. Isoko is not a foot mat, it is  our approach that fools our values. Let us lame the drums of grief.

Democracy without a strong opposition is akin to a marriage without a bridegroom to consummate the marriage. Though we do not share the same believe, but time sometimes define our direction. It is not a command, but it's high time we walk together to tap our untapped resources, to push our begging brains, to print our values in the heart of nations, to raise the hope of commoners and to initiate values that will drive us to a good end.

The atmosphere of our conditions in lsoko is rough. Taking the offensive is not just an action taken outside a person, it is also a decision made within. On this boat  we will pray and row. The gifts and calling of God are without repentance. God's gift and calling  are still resident within us. Besides, talent is a fresh discovery, better than the grief eyes of oil. We will do more than exist by the grace of God. We will push our youths and assist them to make maximum use of their gifts.

2023, an end to our limitations. Almost everything comes from almost nothing. I'm a positive bearer, I will not fail besides the biggest room in my house, is the room of self-improvement.  We will do more than wish, just believe.
