Urhobo youth leaders hold monthly meeting, visit Idjerhe monarch ~ Truth Reporters
The leadership and members of the Urhobo Youth Leaders' Association, UYLA on Sunday, 27th February, 2022 held its monthly meeting in Jesse and visited the traditional ruler of Idjerhe Kingdom, HRM Monday Obukohwo Whisky, Udurhie 1 in his palace.
In his introductory remarks, UYLA's Secretary, Chief Augustine Ogheneovo Atiti stated the Association's mission of fostering peace and unity across the Urhobo Nation.
Atiti congratulated the King on the success of his one year coronation anniversary and thanked him for the good work of unity, development and peace building in the Kingdom.
In his response, HRM Monday Obukohwo Whisky, Udurhie 1, thanked UYLA for the service to the Urhobo Nation and charged them to take the course to the presidency for better and fair recognition. He prayed for strength and courage for UYLA.
Also adding his voice, UYLA's Deputy President, Olorogun (Dcn) Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode, JP thanked HRM Monday Obukohwo Whisky, Udurhie 1 for the hospitality and congratulated him for the coronation anniversary.
