The Delta State Commissioner for Energy, Pastor (Engr.) Jonathan Ajirioghene Ukodhiko, has congratulated Rt. Hon. Leo Ogor Okuweh, the member representing Isoko Federal Constituency, at the House of Representatives, on the occasion of his 63rd birth anniversary. 


Pastor Ukodhiko, in his congratulatory message, said it is a thing of joy for him to celebrate Hon. Leo Ogor on the occasion of his 63rd birthday, because of the role the Honorable member cum Isoko political leader, played in his life. 


"The former Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, is a father figure to me; and am proud to be among his many political progeny. 


"Rt. Hon. Leo Ogor, is a refined legislator, whose political sagacity and alertness, has made him a national figure, and a voice for the minority tribes. 


"He was a political enigma in the House, in his hay days, a Legislative force, and the pride of the National Assembly.
