Powell congratulates Gov. Okowa at 61 ~ Truth Reporters

The Executive Assistant to Delta State Governor on Protocol, Pastor Powel Ovuokeyen Tos, has felicitated with Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on the occasion of his 61st birth anniversary on Wednesday.

Powell, a lawyer, described Governor Okowa as an outstanding leader with a heart of gold, adding that the Governor has distinguished himself as a great patriot and man of unimpeachable integrity.

In a goodwill message to the Governor to celebrate the 61st birth anniversary, Powell lauded Okowa for his great accomplishments in his 5 years of piloting the ship of Delta.

He prayed for the Governor and his family as he wished them quick recovery from COVID-19 infection.

He wrote: "Your Excellency, you are a Governor with a heart of gold and a leader worth emulating.

"Your numerous achievements as a Governor speaks volune of your personality and unassailable integrity in leadership and public service.

"As you celebrate your 61st birth anniversary today, on behalf of my family and followers, I congratulate you on this landmark anniversary.

"it is my prayer that God Almighty be with you and your family and grant you all healing from COVID-19 pandemic."
