Evbie in a personally signed statement made available to newsmen this morning, rejoiced with the ROAD MASTER on the memorable occasion, stating that deltans from all works of life are praying for the speedy recovery of the first family as a special birthday gift for Ekwume.

Evbie noted that at 61, Gov. Okowa has shown uncommon leadership, especially at such a critical time in the history of the state, the very reason deltans are taking it upon themselves to celebrate loudly today.
