COVID-19: Delta discharges 591, total now 1,392 ~ Truth Reporters

Delta State has recorded 33 new cases of the Coronavirus infections bringing the total confirmed cases to 1391.

The State also has successfully treated and discharged 591 cases.

The State Ministry of Health confirmed the figures in their latest report.

Delta still ranks 6th among the most impacted states in Nigeria ranking behind Lagos, FCT, Oyo, Edo and Rivers. The state has so far carried out test on 4,846 persons and has so far achieved 99 percent contact tracing success rate.

The state also lost 34 patients on account of the pandemic.
