Udu Councillor, Akpojotor shares food Items, nose masks to constituents ~ Truth Reporters

The Councillor representing Ward 16 Otebor, Orhuwhorun community in Udu Local government area of Delta, Hon. Victor Akpojotor has shared food items and face masks to his constituents in order to cushion the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Ward comprises of Ekreseha, Ekrekun, Ubughere, Usiefrun Road, Ojikpata 1 & 2.

The presentation of the items which took place at Oseha Hall, Orhuwhorun, had Mr. Thankgod Agolokigho-Otebor Chairman, Rt. Hon. Ejiro Kayan- Leader, Chief James Toka- Leader, Comr. Moses Asaba- Non-indigenes' Chairman and host of others in attendance.

Presenting the bags of rice, beans, garri and face masks to his constituents, Hon. Akpojotor thanked Sen. (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa, Governor of Delta State, Hon. (Chief) Peter Okagbare Uviejitobor (JP), member representing Udu in the DTHA, Hon. (Chief) Jite Brown, S.K. Panama, Chief B.J. Egbetamah and others who shared palliatives to Udu communities in general and Orhuwhorun Community in particular in this difficult time, saying, he added these palliatives to the ones his leaders had given to his people to ease the hunger occasioned by COVID-19 pandemic.

The Councillor used the medium to appreciate his constituents for adhering strictly to the social distancing and the use of nose masks at all times. He also admonished them to always maintain personal hygiene and frequent washing of hands with running water in order for them to assist government at all levels to curtail the spread of the Corona virus in the ward.

Moses Asaba-Chairman, Non-indigenes, they all commended Hon. Akpojotor for his kindness towards his people at this trying period and prayed that God should protect him and grant him his heart desires in life.
