Nigeria coronavirus cases rise above 5,000 ~ Truth Reporters

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed 193 new COVID-19 cases, raising the country’s confirmed above 5,000.

A total of 5,162 cases have now been recorded in 34 states and the federal capital territory (FCT).

NCDC announced 58 new cases in Lagos, 46 in Kano while it also announced 35 in Jigawa State.

The coronavirus further spread more in Yobe with 12 new cases confirmed while FCT and Ogun recorded 9 and 7 new cases respectively.
