Amgbaduba flags-off MoU between Umusadege, Midwestern Oil ~ Truth Reporters





Delta State Commissioner for Oil and Gas, Prince Emman Amgbaduba has flagged-off Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Umusadege community and Midwestern Oil and Gas Company Limited.


The Commissioner charged the community delegation to seize the opportunity to address issues that have been a source of worry for the community.

He said upon completion, signing and implemention, the MoU will be a final journey to a lasting peace to the oil rich community.


He assured that the Okowa administration is poised to ensuring very conducive environment for investors while also projecting the best for host communities.


"Recall that we have always advocated for GMoUs and MoUs to foster a good work environment for oil companies and assurance of the implementstion of their corporate social responsibilities" he said.

The MOU process which will last for another two days is being midwifed by the State Ministry of Oil and Gas and the Ministry of Justice.
