Easter greetings: Bomadi/Patani House of Reps hopeful, Ekiyor, tasks constituents on better days ~ Truth Reporters







One time President World Wide of Ijaw Youth Congress ( IYC), and APC Chieftain in Patani LGA, Dr Chris Peres Ekiyor, has urged the people of Bomadi/Patani Federal Constituency , to be hopeful of a new dawn in their affairs.


The former Commissioner for Commerce and Industry in the Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan administration , also appealed for calm towards better days for the people of the federal Constituency.


The foremost Federal House of Representatives hopeful and ljaw political helmsman, in his Easter message , praised the people of Bomadi/Patani Federal Constituency, for their patience in enduring long years of neglect in the provision of dividends of democracy to them by their representatives at the federal legislative level.


While noting that the Easter celebration is about the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, the former IYC President World wide likened this year's Easter celebration as a wake up call for the.people to urgently take their political destiny in their hands.


Ekiyor pledged to remain resolute, astute , and passionate , in driving the much needed development that has been the babe of the people of Bomadi/Patani Federal Constituency , to a logical conclusion.


Said Dr Ekiyor: "I celebrate the people of Bomadi/Patani Federal Constituency as we celebrate the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My appeal is that we should use this year's Easter , as a point of contact , to ask ourselves , salient questions about our federal Constituency. Have we risen to the apogee of development , such that we are placed on the pedestal of even development among our peers? Can we say, with all sense of truism, that we have gotten there? I rest my case".


The Bomadi/Patani House of Representatives hopeful, Dr Chris Ekiyor, while working the people of the area a happy Easter celebration, tasked them to remain steadfast and prayerful for a new dawn in the federal Constituency.
