Rejoice Andaye clears fees of indigent students, takes "Flow With Confidence" message to Bomadi school girls ~ Truth Reporters

In her avowed demonstration of her commitment towards improving the welfare and educational advancement of school children in Bomadi local government area, wife of the Executive Chairman and Ambassador of the  Renewed Hope Initiative in the LGA, Hon Mrs Rejoice Andaye , has offset the backlog of fees owed by some indigent pupils , in addition to distributing educational materials to them.

She also conducted a two-day outreach programme to the girl child in public schools across Bomadi local government area.

Tagged "Flow With Confidence", the programme is coordinated under the Education framework of the RHI led by Nigeria's First Lady , Senator Oluremi Tinubu , and championed in Delta State by wife of the State Governor, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori.

The two-day outreach which lasted from Thursday March 26, to Friday March 27, 2026, focused on sensitizing the girl child on menstrual health , personal hygiene, and building the confidence to stay in school without any stigma associated with their menstrual flow.

During the outreach , the Bomadi Council Chairman's wife , visited several government owned secondary schools across the local government area to engage directly with the female students in a bid to enlighten them on  their monthly menstrual cycle and issues related therein.

The schools visited by Mrs Andaye , include Kpakiama Secondary School, Government College, Bomadi , Esenaebe Grammar School, Bomadi , Okoloba Grammar School and Ramos Creek Secondary School , Ogriagbene , among others.

At the core of the two day programme was the distribution of sanitary pads to the female students , accompanied by practical guidance on proper usage , with the reassurance from Mrs Andaye to them , that menstruation is a natural and healthy part of womanhood that should never hinder their education or make them feel ashamed.

In their separate remarks at the various schools visited by the wife of the Bomadi Council Chairman , the representatives of the students thanked the RHI founder , Senator Oluremi Tinubu , the Delta first Lady Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori , as well as Mrs Andaye , for their motherly concern for issues that pertain to their puberty and transition to maturity.
