Delta HoS, Oseji, At 59: "You Have Demonstrated Commitment, Integrity -- Origho, Former HoS ~ Truth Reporters

A former Head of Service , Sir Patrick Origho, has felicitated Dr Mininim Oseji , the Delta State Head of Service ( HOS), on her 59th birthday anniversary , describing her as an accomplished public servant of high integrity.

Sir Origho also added that the Delta HOS possesses intrinsic leadership qualities that has continued to inspire the work force in the state .

In his congratulatory statement to mark Dr Oseji's 59th birthday on Wednesday March 18, 2026, the former Head of Service said he has observed the sweeping reforms initiated by Dr Oseji since she assumed office , noting that they are largely restoring the credibility of the public service and shoring up confidence in the system as drivers of government policies and programmes .

Affirming that the celebrant is a worthy ambassador of the College of Heads of Service , Sir Origho tasked her to continue to stick to her time tested values of accountability , professionalism , due process and stickler for progression in matters of promotion along the civil service ladder.

Said Sir Patrick Origho: "On behalf of my family and College of former Heads of Service of Delta State , l heartily celebrate a worthy ambassador of the college , a woman of sterling integrity and stickler for due civil service rules , Dr Mininim Oseji, on the occasion of her 59th birthday anniversary , on  Wednesday 18th March , 2026. It is heartwarming to note that Dr Oseji has climbed through the rungs of the civil service of Delta State , to the pinnacle of her career , unblemished and with her integrity and dedication to duty , top notch. She is an inspiration to all civil servants, and a source of pride to us in the College of former Heads of Service".

Origho therefore wished the State Head of Service well in her service to her state , urging her to always abide y the ethics of the public service of the state in the discharge of her duties as number one public servant .
