Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, Mr Nkem Nwaeke, has extended warm felicitations to the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Sir Festus Ahon, on the occasion of his birthday.
