Andaye to receive Time Africa "Best Local Government Chairman 2025" Award ~ Truth Reporters

In recognition of his "exemplary leadership, progressive policies, and transformative contributions to local governance in Delta State , Executive Chairman of Bomadi local government Council, Hon Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, is set to receive the Best Local Government Chairman of the year 2025 award , courtesy of Time Africa Magazine .

In addition also, the Bomadi Council Boss , will also receive the prestigious "Who,s Who Africa Honour" which recognizes visionary leaders, whose contributions to public service extends beyond their immediate jurisdictions and influence national and continental progress .

According to a Time Africa Magazine official letter dated September 23rd 2025,  "The Time Africa Distinguished Public Service Awards , are the result of a rigorous nomination and selection process conducted by a panel of respected scholars , policy experts, journalists and civil society leaders from across Africa. These honours are designed to celebrate individuals whose work demonstrate measurable , sustainable impact in governance, leadership , and service to humanity".

According to the nomination letter, "The Best Local Government Chairman of The Year Award, is reserved for leaders at the grassroots level who demonstrate innovation, transparency , and people-centred development . Your remarkable achievements as Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Area- especially in areas such as Infrastructure development, rural healthcare , education, youth empowerment, and peace building- have had immeasurable and lasting impact in your constituency".

The award ceremony will take place at the National Merit Award House, Abuja, on Friday 14th November , 2025.
