The Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, has extolled the leadership qualities of the Delta State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Elder (Engr.) Omeni Aruoture Sobotie, describing his tenure as a turning point that has repositioned the party for greater visibility.
