The Executive Director, Operations , Delta State internal Revenue Services ( DSIRS), Professor Frank Onyisi Nwugo(Ph.D)Esq, and the good people of ldumuesah kingdom (Ward 10)  in lka North East local government area,  felicitates with his Excellency, the Executive Governor of Delta State Rt Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori , as he clocks 62 today Thursday June 19, 2025

Describing the Delta First citizen as a Lion & a pillar of hope for Deltans, Prof Nwugo on behalf of himself & the godly people of ldumesah kingdom congratulates the Governor for his milestone achievements in Delta State within a very short period of just two years.

Professor Nwugo stated unequivocally , that Governor Oborevwori used his  wealth of expirience as a grassroots politician cum his legislative journey both as a honourable member & Speaker of the State house of Assembly based on his human kindness  touched the entirety of Delta State including men,women, boys, girls , and even the  indigent persons , with various supports ranging from health , education and  grants for  businesses under various state support humanitarian programmes; noting that the  Governor,s unwavering dedication to financial prudency is second to none in Nigeria.
