Ngozi Stella Nwanagbogwu hails from Oshimili North Local Government Area. She is the CEO of Hi Style, a hair beauty salon. She enrolled into the 2018/2019 STEP cycle as a Brown STEPreneur when she could not establish herself for lack of funds. She is an SSCE holder. Her business potentials came alive when she enrolled, re-trained and received Starter Pack from the Delta State Government to own and run her business. She shares her success story after four years.

“Fate smiled on me through STEP and I got re-trained and established. I am four years in business and I am doing exceedingly well. I bought a hair dryer, a big generator and tastefully furnished my shop to attract VIP clients.

“I learnt makeover through STEP. I have trained 15 persons, out of which five are established and training other persons. I currently have three trainees and an employee. I make good profit monthly.

“I have diversified into sales of human hair, attachments, wigs and make-up products. I also make wigs for clients too. From the proceeds of my business, I support my husband in the upkeep of my home. In fact, STEP made life easier for my family. I am grateful to the state government for improving my life economically.”
