DTHA 2023: Ogorugba assures on conduct of free, fair, transparent primary ~ Truth Reporters

The Chairman Peoples Democratic party PDP Isoko North Chapter Dcn Prince Godwin Ogorugba on Sunday assured all Isoko North House of Assembly aspirants of free, fair and transparent party primary election coming up on Saturday 7th May, 2022.

Ogorugba gave the assurance while addressing party delegates and an aspirant for Isoko North Constituency, Comr. Zino Onaemor and his Campaign team at Otor-Igho Community in Isoko North Local government.

He said all the aspirants gunning for the Isoko North state Assembly should see themselves as brothers, friends and abstute party faithfuls, that after the party primary election only one  person will emerge the winner, as the party will do everything possible in ensuring level playing ground during the party election.

They party boss admonished the aspirants not to take the election as do or die affair by creating unnecessary enemies among themselves, hence they should have understanding that power is given by God.

The party Chairman advices all the Isoko North state Assembly aspirants to emulate the teaming spirit of Hon. Mike Ogwah, Hon. Jude Ogbimi, Arch. Barr. James  Akporero, among others  were Hon. Tim kome Owhefere of blessed memory emerged as the winner and the other aspirants accept the the outcome of the Election and sincerely work for the interest of the party before, during and after the general 2015 elections. He said the interest of the party should be put first before personal interest in ensuring landmark victory for our great party  PDP especially now that the party is fully set to take over power from  the federal led APC Government.

The party boss also advised the aspirants to reach out to all the delegates to canvass for their votes, telling them their mission and vission for Isoko North people and after that , they should pray God Almighty to touch their heart's to cast their votes for them on election day.

Some of the Aspirants aspiring for the Isoko North State Assembly include, Hon. Jude Ogbimi member representing Isoko North State Assembly,  Hon. Bernard Odior Former State PDP legal adviser, Hon. Ovie Oghoore former Commissioner for Project monitoring and audit, Comr. Zino Onaemor IPMAN Chairman Delta State, Hon. Emmanuel Egbabor Former Chairman Isoko North LGA, Comr. Ashaka Orobosa SSA to the governor, Comr. Oki Material, Engr. Ogboru Eziwomano.

Moreover, Ogorugba appreciated the state Governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa for his divine wisdom in piloting the affairs of the state and making his smart agenda vissible to all Deltans and pray God Almighty to strengthen him to finish strong. 

He also thanked the state party Chairman Olorogun Barr Kingsley Esiso for giving all party faithful opportunity to express their right to contest for any position of their choice during the forth coming party primary.
