Ezechi urges youths to show greater commitment to Nigeria's rescue mission ~ Truth Reporters

Executive Assistant to the Governor of Delta state on Youth Development, Hon. Nnamdi Ezechi, has urged youths in the country to remain peaceful and show greater commitment to rescuing Nigeria from the bad leadership enthroned in the country by the APC administration. 

He made the call at his residence in Asaba on Wednesday when he played host to the National Youth Leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Prince Muhammed Suleiman, who paid him a courtesy visit.

Ezechi noted that there was no hope for Nigerian youths under the present APC administration at the center, pointing out that all the socioeconomic gains recorded by the PDP governnent before the promised change by the APC in 2015 had been eroded, leaving Nigerians worse for it.

He expressed delight that the PDP, under the leadership of former Senate President, Dr. Iyorcha Ayu, had embarked on a rescue mission, with the likes of the National Youth Leader, Prince Muhammed Suleiman, among others, on the Executive Committee, to reclaim power and return the country back  to reckoning in the comity of nations.

The Governor's aide urged the youths to ensure they armed themselves with their Personal Voter's Cards (PVC) to be able to vote out APC in 2023 and get things working again in the country, with PDP in power.

Ezechi told his guest that the State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, had set an unprecedented record in youth development, with various job and wealth creation programmes to meaningfully engage the youths, make them economically strong, self reliant and employers of labour.

He thanked the PDP National Youth Leader for the visit and assured him that youths in the state would continue to work for the party to make the rescue mission possible.

Earlier, the visiting National Youth Leader of PDP, Prince Muhammed Suleiman, said he was in the state to interact with critical stakeholders as part of efforts to strengthen the party ahead of the 2023 polls.

Prince Suleiman expressed satisfaction with the leadership qualities of the State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, which had helped to unite and strengthen the PDP in Delta and enthrone good governance in the state.   

He described his host, Hon Nnamdi Ezechi, as a resourceful and focused young politician and thanked Governor Okowa for the numerous opportunities created for youths in the state.
