2023: Committee of friends purchase PDP nomination form for Ukodhiko ~ Truth Reporters

Committee of friends on Wednesday purchased and handed over the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) House of Representatives nomination form for Engr Jonathan Ajirioghene Ukodhiko 

Dr Paul Oweh, the Commissioner Representing Isoko Nation on the Governing Board of DESOPADEC in his remark before the presentation of the forms to Ukodhiko at his Asaba residence, said the gesture was in fulfilment of the promise made by the friends to foot the bill for his nomination and expression of interests forms.

He noted optimistically, that, with the fulfilment of their part, the State Energy Commissioner would be encouraged to declare interest to contest the Isoko North/Isoko South Federal Constituency seat in the House of Representatives in the forthcoming general election come 2023.

The forms were handed over to Ukodhiko by a former member representing Isoko South State Constituency 1, Hon Benjamin Efekodho

In his response, an elated Engr Ukodhiko said he was overwhelmed by the gesture of his friends who believed in his capacity and ability to give Isoko Federal Constituency quality representation.

In his words, “I’m encouraged by this gesture today, it shows my Isoko people believe in my ability, and I accept the message you’re sending me to Abuja.

“I’ll go and give Isoko a voice, steady and strong in Abuja. I’ll give Isoko quality representation and build on the imperishable legacies of our leader, Rt Hon Leo Ogor by attracting developmental projects to Isoko and sponsor bills that would address the needs of our people,“ Ukodhiko stated.
