Egbabor salutes Okowa at 61 ~ Truth Reporters

The Chairman of Isoko North Local Government, Honorable (Elder) Emmanuel Egbabor has congratulated Delta Governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa as he clocks 61 years on July 8.
The Chairman in a congratulatory message to the Governor, said "the people of Isoko North Local Government salutes the Governor for his immense contributions to the development of Delta.
He stated that Governor Okowa had every cause to celebrate and thank God Almighty for His benevolence on the joyful occasion of his 60th birthday anniversary.
The Chairman also prayed for the quick recovery of the Governor, his family and other Deltans afflicted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
He assured that the people of the local government were in prayers and solidarity for the Governor as he strives to build a Stronger Delta for all.
“On behalf of my family, the government and the people of Isoko North Local Government, I write to felicitate with His Excellency, the Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa on the occasion of his 61st birth anniversary, today, July 8, 2020.
“Over the years, you have given yourself to the cause of peace and development of Delta State and Nigeria in general. For this, we owe you an enduring debt of gratitude.
"Your contributions as a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, still reverberates through nooks and crannies of the country especially with National Health Insurance Act which you have also replicated in Delta with over 700,000 Deltans already subscribed to it and enjoying Universal Health Coverage.
"Your Excellency, this year's celebration is coming at a time when you and your family as well as some members of the State Executive Council were afflicted by the novel Coronavirus.
"Let me assure you of the prayers and solidarity of the government and people of Isoko North Local Government Area as you strive to build a Stronger Delta for all.
“In a life that has seen you reach an enviable height of your public service and political endeavours, there is great cause for you, members of your family, your many political associates and well-wishers to thank Almighty God for His benevolence upon you.
